From Africa for Africa is how I’d describe this bean. This Zambian heirloom is sought after in Africa. For me, this is the benchmark for what dry beans should taste like. The plants produce pods from the bottom to the top and will only stop once you pull them out. They have an exceptional flavour and are perfect for soups, stews, and adding to any dish that requires beans. The beans themselves have a light purple seed coat covered with little spots and are beautiful when shelled. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to produce dry beans.’
