This variety is from Peak Week Pods. JC Terblanche says: ‘This is another gem from Brad Gates of Wildboar Farms. This is a larger version from the same selection as Brad’s Atomic Grape. The plants are heavy producers of exotic-tasting tomatoes with beautiful colours, each bringing something different to the table. The fruit starts green with some anthocyanins on the top part of the fruit. It ripens up to a lighter and brighter version of Brad’s Atomic Grape, also showcasing some pink and yellow. The flavour is amazing and nothing like your standard shop-bought tomato. Thicker walls make for a crispy eating experience with enough juice to carry the sweet, fresh, slightly acidic flavour through your mouth. This variety was released in 2017 and tomato collectors have been raving about it. I can now understand the noise around it. Along with its sibling, Brad’s Atomic Grape, this combination will result in a beautiful exotic-looking tomato.’
