Tomato: Blue Berries

This variety is from Peak Week Pods. JC Terblanche says: ‘This cherry tomato is a combination of beauty and bounty with beautiful flavours to add to that. Blue Berries will be some of the first tomatoes that you’ll pick and you better bring a bucket as one plant that is well-taken care of can produce almost 1 kg fruit. This will continue for weeks, but you won’t have a problem sitting with them as they are so good. The fruit starts off with dark shoulders and green bottoms, which will turn a light red/orange colour when they are ripe. We love this variety and will grow it each year going forward as it ticks so many boxes for a cherry tomato.’
